We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nightcap At Balaclava Hotel, experiencing a delightful 4-star atmosphere. the breakfast featured a fantastic array of delicious options. Our studio was well-equipped, complete with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. the staff were truly thoughtful and greeted us with warmth and kindness, making our visit even more memorable.

Queen studio was bright and modern with a comfortable bed. Could use iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk. The hotel was in a good location, by trucks unloading next door. It was also close enough to the main tourist areas, a large shopping mall and Stockland shopping centre, bar next door and Dan Murphy bottle shop very close...

New-fashioned, beautifully maintained unit with the bathroom, a comfortable bed, for example.

It was a peaceful and wonderful spot with a team of efficient staff on duty. 😊.

we had a lovely stay at nightcap. the room was modern and impeccably clean, featuring a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a fantastic shower. the daily servicing kept everything fresh. we appreciated the added security of a coded gate for access to our room. the bistro on-site had a great menu, making it convenient for dining without needing to venture out, and the fast free wifi was a nice bonus.

The location is absolutely perfect and comfortable, just a short walk from the Entrance Heritage Walk. Nearby, there is a great restaurant, shopping centres, and a large shopping mall.

The motel on Mulgrave Road was clean and well-kept, with a helpful reception. While it was a bit far from the CBD and the WiFi was frustrating, I felt secure here. The area seemed fine despite some mixed reviews, and the price was reasonable compared to other options.

The room was clean and fresh, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I had a peaceful and comfortable stay. I'll highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the renovations were truly outstanding. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep. The customer service throughout the hotel was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast that was offered was exceptional, with well-cooked and delicious meals. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a great convenience. I was impressed with the location, service, and amenities provided by this hotel.

The hotel was located close to a liquor store and the pub meals were fantastic. The room was neat and well-appointed, featuring USB slots and lots of natural light, making it a great value for the price paid.

There were some negative aspects of the hotel. the surrounding area wasn't very nice.
